WARNER BROS. HOME ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LICENSES DOWNLOAD-TO-OWN PROGRAMMING TO FRENCH WEBSITE GLOWRIA

Warner Bros. Films and TV Shows to Be Provided for Legal and Secure Download via the glowria Website

Burbank, CA (May 15, 2006) – Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with glowria, the leading online DVD rental service in continental Europe, to deliver download-to-own Warner Bros. entertainment in France through the glowria Website (www.glowria.fr).

The more than 100 Warner Bros. titles available through the service will include Charlieand The Chocolate Factory, Polar Express, House of Wax, The Island, the Harry Potter and Batman series of films as well as more than 30 television shows including the first season of Friends and Nip/Tuck.

glowria's download-to-own offering will expand on its online DVD rental service and allow users to purchase and download a permanent and legal copy of a digital file for unlimited playback on their personal computer. In conformity with French industry agreement, glowria's download-to-own service will offer Warner Bros. new releases 33 weeks after the theatrical debut.

All Warner Bros. download-to-own content will be made available in Microsoft's Windows Media Video format and will be copy-protected by Microsoft's Windows Digital Rights Management (DRM) software. Consumers can purchase content on a per-download basis directly from the glowria Website.
